The Richmond Gym believes diet, nutrition and health education are fundamental components of improved overall wellbeing.
Our qualified health professionals run regular health workshops covering a range of topical issues, with the intention of better educating gym members on all aspects of food, diet and lifestyle choices.
These workshops complement our training methods and will help you progress your health and fitness goals.
